How do I determine my correct hat size?
To find your perfect fit, measure the circumference of your head about one inch above your eyebrows using a soft measuring tape. Compare your measurement to our size guide found on each product page.
What is your return policy for headwear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn hats in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, hats showing signs of wear or sweat marks cannot be accepted.
How should I clean and maintain my hat?
Maintenance depends on the material. Felt hats should be brushed with a soft-bristled brush, while straw hats can be wiped with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking any hat in water unless specified as machine washable.
Do you ship your hats in protective packaging?
Yes, all our hats are shipped in reinforced, size-specific boxes to ensure they maintain their shape and arrive in pristine condition without being crushed.
Can I reshape a hat if it gets crushed?
Many of our felt and wool hats can be reshaped using gentle steam from a kettle or professional steamer. However, we recommend consulting our care guide before applying heat to specific materials.
