Only the most skilled Ecuadorian artisans have mastered the advanced technique required to weave this ventilated Panama style. Using a plaiting method that resembles basket weaving, each hat takes a few days to weave. The Bailey 1922 Ezra is blocked into a 4" crown and a 2 7/8" pre-snap brim, and is finished with a distressed leather corded band, removable feather, and a finely woven sweatband.
